The service

FlatPoll provides polling inside Slack workspaces. The Free plan is free forever as described on the pricing page. Pro is a monthly subscription billed per workspace at a flat rate through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record.

Fair use

"Unlimited" means unlimited human use inside your workspace. Automated abuse (scripted vote flooding, using the service to spam) may be rate-limited or suspended.

Cancellation & refunds

Cancel anytime; Pro features remain until the end of the paid period, then the workspace drops to Free with all data intact. If FlatPoll was broken for you, email us within 14 days of a charge and we'll refund it — we don't argue about refunds.

Warranty & liability

The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 3 months.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced via the app or email with 14 days' notice.
