Billing & cancellation

Pro is billed monthly per workspace through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. See our Refund & Cancellation policy — cancel anytime, and if FlatPoll didn't work for you, email us within 14 days of a charge for a full refund.

Data & privacy

We store the minimum needed to run polls and never read your messages or member lists. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. To delete your workspace's data, email us from an admin address.
